God looked around his Garden & found an empty place. He then looked down upon His earth & saw your loving face.He put His arms around you & lifted you to rest. His Garden must be beautiful,he always takes the best. As the days come and go,& the world moves on, we know you're still here, you'll never be gone, on the night the angel came & took your hand, we cried as you left for an unknown land. But Heaven rejoiced as you came into sight. For your soul was a diamond, shining so bright.

My name is Janice and I am a repeat VIP guest to the Holiday Inn. I was so saddened to hear about the death of my dear friend Dax. He was truly an exceptional and compassionate human being and I ALWAYS looked forward to seeing his smiling face when I travelled to Jamaica. I will miss him so much because he was more than just an employee to me, he was the TOTAL package. Rest on my dear friend and know that even in death you are LOVED so much.

The Holiday Family has lost a dear team member, in Dax Allen. A helpful, humble, respectful and truly service oriented gentleman was he. Let us honour Dax by being the shining example he was, let us make him proud ……. Remember those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. May the Lord strengthen his family and friends during this period of bereavement.

This bright flower has been ripped out of our eyes, before it could have reached its full beauty, but the light which it left behind, will truely shine deep in our hearts for ever. 'ol school dax' from way back wen,you will be sadly missed. Sleep on dax and take you rest. may your soul rest in peace.

ReplyDeleteDax, I still can’t believe that your really gone, it seems like it was just yesterday you were right here talking and laughing with me. I feel like I am going crazy when I think about the fact that I am never gonna see you again until we meet in heaven, I am going to miss you my dear friend, I am gonna miss all the little talks and laughs we use to have, who am I gonna call and bother when I don’t know what to do or I’m feeling miserable, I am surely gonna miss your smile my good friend, you know i always look forward to seeing you every day except Thursdays(your day off). When the staff bus drives in, I know that your coming to look for me before you go on property for work. I keep asking my self why god had to take such a good person from us, so sudden. Your always warn and gentle, Dax I am surely gonna miss hearing you say Nice lady, Pretty lady or Ms. Nicole can I have a word with you please. ReplyDeleteWhen I learned of the news of your passing, I could not believe it. There was no way in the world that OUR Dax could be gone. The Dax that welcomed us back to Jamaica with the warmest smile and most loving hug...the Dax who would go to ANY lengths to ensure that we were happy and well taken care of the duration of our stay at the resort...the Dax me and my mother ADORED??? As I sit here typing with tears streaming down my face, I am finally coming to grips with the reality that I will not see you again on this side. But through these tears a smile has appeared because I know that I will see you again my dear friend...Wait for me and my mother in Paradise...We soon come. ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove Always,
